At Lapeer Church of Christ, your child will be welcomed into a fun, energetic and loving environment where we praise God through songs, Bible stories and discovery centers. Every Sunday morning, our children explore the weekly Bible story which will connect God’s Word to the child’s real world experiences. After participating in the weekly Bible story, our children rotate through two hands-on discovery centers with activities that reinforce the Bible point for the week. After Bible class, our children are encouraged to participate in praising God during our 11:00 a.m. worship service. We have a special class for our children during the Sunday morning service and Bible worksheets and books are available for our children to use to help them stay focused on God during the worship service.
Our preteens (grades 3-6) enjoy doing a variety of service projects throughout the year. We feel it is important to build strong relationship with each other in this age group so they will continue a strong bond with each other as they enter the teen ministry.
